Kingston regatta. Three 1k races and two 350m ones, all in the 8. Won 4 out of 5 so all good.
Technique wise could feel tension in shoulders when at rate but when I thought about it was able to relax them better.

Could tell I haven't run in a while, felt harder than it should have done.
Not sure if HR is right, seems way too low even if I didn't push the pace much.
