Front Squat (30kg) form felt so good!
Split squat (15kg)
Floor press (8kg) feeling much easier
Over head press (6kg) better, focussing on engaging core before starting which made it much easier to not use body
1 arm row (14kg)

Not feeling too bad for the amount of time I've had off weights-hopefully can up weights soon and still hold good form. Left arm still weak as though...
