Front squat (30kg)-wanted to have form over weight for now.
1 arm row (14kg)
RDL (50kg, then 40g for last 2)
Floor press (8kg)
Split squat (10kg)
Overhead press (6kg)
Not feeling too bad for the amount of time I've had off weights-hopefully can up weights soon and still hold good form. Left arm still weak as though...
