May have started off too fast but should have been able to cope, maybe on a different day I would have been OK...

In hindsight think I rated too low for this, rate was faster for the 5k which definitely wasn't right. Did help though that for 5k there was a group of us all rating at 30ish so was easier to sit on rate and not think about it too much. For the 2k would have jut helped to keep split lower in the final few mins, as was definitely worrying about the split creeping up and never thought to get rate back up.
