Day totally off from rowing so went for a run with Katie (a cox) which was very nice, taking it easy with stops at American Cemetery and Girton.

2.10.9 split. Was focusing on keeping the elbows up at the finish (no dodgy shoulder movements) and not hyper extending my back.

So nice to row on! Graph showed I was opening back too late and losing a load of power, so was working on this the whole time and definitely improved by the end.
