As per sprinting not my strong point so only 1.41.something for 500m-was hoping for sub 1.40.
Wanting a 7.15 or below 2k so 1.48.5 split needed, but was holding 1.45/1.46 well at start but was a bit ambitious....so 1.47.5 average.
