Rowing warm up/down 35:00 [3]

GB Trials 5k warm up to the start with bursts thrown in/

Rowing race 18:56 [5]

5k race. Was stroking and was told to rate at 35 the whole way-was super worried I was gonna blow so wasn't pushing madly with the legs. Average rate was 33.5 so not bad :) came 6th (after starting in 14th) and 1st fully U23 crew!

GB Trials 2k- 7.11.8 massive 19.6 sec pb!!
Coach had said 7.15 would be a good aim and I should be able to do that or there abouts. Decided was gonna hold a 1.48 split and just did it, so good!!

In Pair with Millie before this weekend was moving so well!!. Was stroking which was good fun. Some bursts up to 35 thrown in :)

2k erg prep. 500m max (3min) 1k on 2k pace.
As per sprinting not my strong point so only 1.41.something for 500m-was hoping for sub 1.40.
Wanting a 7.15 or below 2k so 1.48.5 split needed, but was holding 1.45/1.46 well at start but was a bit ambitious....so 1.47.5 average.
