2*5k(5mins) 1.47.1 for first and then screen died halfway through second one, was at 1.48ish to begin with. So sweaty and warm which didn't help things.
2.03.1. Was meant to be two RP3s but could get getting tablet to work so did first 30' on C2. Felt super good and not like I was even pushing that hard! Hopefully sign fitness is on the up again

On the watt bike. 190watts and was pretty tough. Turns out left leg is 51% of the power and right 49%
1.54.3 and 1.54.8. Wind was messing around by blowing me to the back of the slide so ended up bouncing around a lot in the 2nd 30mins. Apart from that feeling ok.
