3k free rate piece against Blue Boat. Started ahead but they never passed us which was great :) As usual felt mad in first 1min or so, but once I'd settled into the rhythm felt like I had loads of time and good length

1.52.6. Curve getting there, kink from the front gone by reducing shoulder movement and opening of the boy off the catch

2.03.1. Felt harder than it should have done, maybe lacking energy as just before lunch, plus last few days eating has been off due to zero appetite so might be the cause- so much lighter than usual!

To St Ives with Thea and Emma. Thea was full of energy so took the front the whole way, even still I died off the back. Appetite went again this lunchtime so not feeling 100%, but we took it easier the last bit.

Feeling too bad for seat racing so just paddle in the 4s instead. Boat moving really well and even though i was feeling rough quite enjoyed it :)

Instead of weights did core and rolled instead, didn't want to push it even though i was feeling so so much better than earlier.
