With Clare in the 2- again :) Super choppy and windy on the straight and we didn't cope too well with it but when it got calmer was much better. Not getting stuck round the back, drive just not feeling as solid as it should be at points, but some strokes good.

The two 8s were on RP3s on sliders so rest were sat behind on C2s. Back end really stable now, just need to work on really leaving the shoulders at the catch to keep leg drive stable and smooth.

2*20mins. 2.04.4 and 2.05.0!
Best its been for a long long time, still a bit of instability round the back end but on some strokes felt good. Was opening up at the catch so began working on that and keeping the stroke smooth.

Pair again but winds insane. Boat mishap early on so swapped boats. Really enjoyed in and felt like I was rowing better and better throughout :)

In double with Clare. Getting a bit stuck round the back but was improving towards the end :) Back fine

2*25mins (2mins).
First one was good 2.05.0 and feeling easy!! But then as tiredness set in the finish so wobbly and jerky, right from chest to abs. So stopped after 40mins
