Out to St Ives and back with Alice and Sal. Had to do a detour on the way back and got a puncture but got it sorted pretty quickly

In the single! Thought it was going to be awful but was so so nice! Thinking about moving left hand away faster than the right to keep the balance. Drive not bad and moving ok too. Need a more dynamic drive round the back

2*30mins. Rowing well, decent splits. Seat stalling at the front as I'm opening shouder slightly so will work on this.
