did the usual thursday thing (8am lecture then back to the gym then back to uni for a midday lecture). the treadmill was wobbling when i was running so i didnt want to push it to hard in case it broke.

i had one of my free personal training sessions straight after my run today. the guy has a dirty dirty moustache which is scary. other than that it was good. according to him i am pretty fit (big shock there) so he tried to waste me. he kinda got me. i was pretty tired when i got back to uni (i spent the first half of the lecture trying not to fall asleep and the second half fast asleep) but that isnt helped by massive lack of sleep.
