went and visited olly at the hospital. got home about 6.45 then decided i wanted to go for a ride. went along the bikeway into the city then back the same way.
who is keen to start up intervals again? something like what we did last year at uni but maybe change it up a bit.
i was thinking monday or wednesday arvo/night but whatever works best for people
