3000m rowing (12:25) then the rest weights. leg press, abs, chest, back and arms

arvo session around st hans park. found some new tracks then raced a guy on a bike (i got him on the uphill but he had me on the down). threw in 2 long hill climbs at the end from the bottom track to the top of the hill. saw 8 bunny rabbits and 3 O flags in the park.

10mins on x-trainer to warm up then ~35 weights. nothing to strenuous as i havent used my upper body in about a year

went out with the aim of finding what happened if i turned right at some bush i found the other day. turns out there is a cool little park filled with trails and nasty litlle grass hills. very nice. also found a farm, a dam and the local mackie d's. eventful run.

also google needs to update their satelite pics of lund. the last one was taken either at night or during a snow storm....

also in other news i joined the onsite gym today. it takes all of 2 minutes to walk there! and most of that is waiting for my elevator to come.
