run from bridgy's. felt quite flat this morning after a big week (by my standards). sth boundary, gold creek track/pipeline, boscombe rd, curlew, gap crk, quail trail then sth boundary back to the pool and breakfast. quite painful and the hills never ended....

2nd of the free PT sessions for joining the gym. pretty tired after the run so wasnt to stoked when the first thing he said to me was 'today we are gunna start off with legs....and make sure you have trouble walking tomorrow'. handled it ok but will be sort tomorrow. rowing, squats, leg press, lunges, wall sits, vertical row then shoulder stuff then biceps then triceps.
