pre new years ride with olly. had nothing in the legs going up cootha (13.20.....) and only just managed to stay on the bike. a beer at the top sorted me out but had to keep the mindless attacks to a minimum on the river loop as still feeling a bit off

morning river loop with olly. upper body was quite shattered from yesterday so had a little trouble keeping a hold of the bars at times. and legs a bit tight also

last of my free PT sessions. upper body work today and i knew it was going to hurt when i was suffering after the first 10 push-ups..... did some solo leg work after the session was over. well and truly smashed.

also i got told i have "pregnant lady spine and hips".....

run from bridgy's. felt quite flat this morning after a big week (by my standards). sth boundary, gold creek track/pipeline, boscombe rd, curlew, gap crk, quail trail then sth boundary back to the pool and breakfast. quite painful and the hills never ended....

2nd of the free PT sessions for joining the gym. pretty tired after the run so wasnt to stoked when the first thing he said to me was 'today we are gunna start off with legs....and make sure you have trouble walking tomorrow'. handled it ok but will be sort tomorrow. rowing, squats, leg press, lunges, wall sits, vertical row then shoulder stuff then biceps then triceps.

morning ride to provide macca with some support in removing kandy's v-plates. into qut then river loop but cut across green bridge to get home to get to work in time.

free personal training session. fitness test....turns out i am fitter than the average punter that joins fitness first....glad i didnt pay to hear that

xmas street o. ran with olly for most of it until a smackdown challenge at the end where i was able to put a gap in. good times

south from broken head with the girls then left them and ran along the beach towards byron for 10 then back. ridiculously windy!
