state event at flagstone. been feeling really tired/lethargic/heavy for the last few days so wasnt expecting too much from this one. i got what i expected. navigationally it was fine i just didnt have enough in my legs to push it so i was just going through the motions while cruising round the course. olly got me by 70 seconds (he reckons he had a pretty good run) and we were the only ones stupid enough to do the red 1

worked all day (7-3) so i was pretty stuffed when i got home. i didnt feel like a run so i went for a ride. anzac pk, bikeway southbank, botanic gardens, up past the story bridge and back the same way except i took the bikeway along the western freeway.

slept through my alarm for uni so i didnt go coz i was asleep. when i woke up an hour later i decided i may as well go for a run. was never into it and i was all tight so instead of pushing through it, i went home. planning on an hour run this arvo

so much for my hour run i had planned. was starting to think about going when the inevitable call from work came saying get here now. got home about 9 hours later at midnight and promptly went to bed. i spose i will have to call it a rest day but i dont want to coz i need another one.

went to gym after work and did a light run on a treadmill. felt sick coz i ate a cheeseburger on the way out of work.

Worked 5.30 to 1.30 then went to the gym and did weights then had to go home to meet olly to go to clives

olly bailed so i went to clives early and went for a run around some of the tracks at gap creek. when i got back, no one was there yet so i did 2 hill reps up the hill on the nth side of the clearing. i only went about 150m up it.

shoes: Nike Total 90 III

played a 6 or 7 games of rob the nest in the clearing which is basically just to make those stupid things called intervals funner and im sorry to say it worked. after that we played 4 or 5 in the bush. was quite a hard session coz i was really tired when i tried to wake up this morning.
