morning river ride with matt. very cruisey. did the river loop anti-clockwise but added the story bridge and up to the powerhouse. coffee and toast at la dolce went down a treat. note to self: if right foot gets unclipped, dont go left....dumbass!!!

ok the votes are in.... looks like im going to run street o. the retirement still stands though. i reckon it doesnt count as orienteering. especially if i dont navigate and sit in ollys slipstream for the entire course then out sprint him in the last 50m :)

p.s. the yellow jersey is up for grabs. its taking up cupborad/floor space. now we need to devise some system to award it....any ideas?

ok ive got a question...does street-o count as orienteering? im trying to decide if i want to run this season and if im willing to lower my standards and get back into some form of orienteeering. what about park-o?

and now everyone must give an opinion/vote......go!!!

early arvo procrastination ride into the city via bikeway, coro drv and sthbank. very cruisy. learnt one thing though...volleys on clip-in pedals arent very comfortable.

nothing apart from copious amounts of uni work today. really only logged this coz my weight has dropped to 60kg for the first time in ages.
