early morning ride before work. my river loop and southbank (same as the other day). pretty slow along the bikeway home but apart from that it was good. very slowly getting fitter. pretty cold this morning. i actuallly had to think about a wearing a jumper while i was eating my breaky. stupid weather.

running in the rain is cool. still a fair way off any awesome fitness. getting there though. couldnt run olly down over the last 2 or 3 km but he didnt increase the gap any so thats good i guess. 15 secs off the jersey. next time maybe...

decided two street o's in a row would be pushing the 'O embargo' a bit far. i was in the mood for a ride anyways. solo afternoon river ride via the bikeway to toowong. nice and cool weather and tried to push a bit harder. felt like the hr should have been a bit higher than it was. probably 5 or 6 bpm lower than a long run in the old days. not sure what that means though.
