first o event since tassie nol races in may last year. very unfit and rusty and slow throutgh terrain. right heel blistered wickedly bad....my sock was covered in blood...

early evening with olly from mine through anzac pk and toowong to coro drv and back along moggill rd. took a bit too loosen up but had a decent pace going by the end. hot

pretty tired so wasnt really in the mood for a big one. round cootha (10.37 up) then into city and southbank. took it nice and slow but got caught up in the super-commuter shuffle so picked it up a little on the way home

Full river loop with The Cat and The Big O. Sweet! Highlight was watching a super-commuter almost take out a bike cop along the bicentennial bikeway.

arvo run around anzac pk, toowong roundabout, croydon/jephson st, bbc, taringa loop. didnt hurt as much as i was expecting but still have no conditioning in legs and tired quickly on the hills. toes got tingley after about 25/30 mins but think its just coz they arent used to running

same as saturday (river loop + cootha). bit slower climbing but faster coming down. nice!
