run from bridgets around enoggera reservoir with james and olly. some quite brutal hills which jumped out at us from nowhere but managed to struggle up them. no major trouble from heel and feet are slowly beginning to toughen up. good run.

early evening ride around shortened river loop. too hot and dry to push too hard and legs pretty heavy after yesterdays antics.

from home to uni then rolled into city after sprintervals to try to get something other than lactic acid and pain in the legs. kinda worked and good night for a ride.

session around uq with courses set by bridgy. could feel right heel from the start, pain by 3rd sprinterval and only got worse making no.6, 7 and 8 quite tough. fortunately the legs were cooked by then so pace was much reduced. great session.
