MousDash Mt Cootha Smackdown!!!
wasnt too sure what to expect with this race. straight into the climb was quite brutal but figured it was going to be a race of the hard men so i had to toughen up. started to hurt about 3/4 of the way up and managed to go over the top in 5th position in something like 12 minutes. struggled around the undulations across the top and got passed by 2 girls and 2 guys. feet and knees got some punishment coming down. was really tighening up around the bottom and up the hill past slaughter falls resulting in getting caught. managed to break away from the guy down the final hill to come in 9th overall, 3rd in the 20-29s and the first Mo across the line. good race and very happy with the result. fitness could be better though.

quite possibly the most technical park map in the universe! managed to get around without losing too much time. fitness and a lingering hangover held me back up some of the hills though.just got pipped by lorenzo....bugger!

had to blow off some steam after a poor performance in a unit operations exam this arvo. lap of cootha (11.20 up) then half river loop. lost interest around west end and just plodded home. now i have 17 hours to learn everything there is to know about chemical reaction engineering....

street o at salisbury. all the big guns were out tonight so knew it was gunna be a big one. managed a 3rd behind the calabro's. good fun
