cyclones + ring-ins run from biddy's. felt good at the start so kept the pace high. guts started to cause some issues at about 35/40mins making it uncomfortable to run struggled home with a few walks thrown in for good measure

cyclones race 4. after organising the entire event in under 2 days i felt like i deserved to at least run the course. raining quite hard when i went out so quite slippery. stil managed a few small hesitations after setting the courses and putting out controls but the main prob was no power in the legs.happy with how the event went (esp from where it started....)

good turn out today. slow at the start but good into gear by the road. in front at the top of the first hill and managed to keep the pace up. causeway in 5:20, top of the loop in 10:13 then again in 13:14. hit the rockpools at 16:52 then the swamp somewhere in the high 19's. wanted to crack 23 once i got onto the road but didnt have a good enough kick up the last hill so disappointed. still 23:01 is a reasonable time, esp at this time of the season. still 1:22 to take off it.....

got the ews from southbank corporation today so was in a pretty bad mood....took it out on the gym. arms, chest, legs then abs

terrain intervals session round lorenzos old course in toohey forest. good turn out today. Did 5 x ~900m all somewhere between 4:00 - 4:30. could have handled more but it got very dark very quickly.terrible form to start with but improved dramatically over each interval.still lots of work to do

checking the courses for saturdays race at southbank.good thing i did coz they have blocked off three areas my courses went through.might have to change the courses for a third time.....
