shoes: Nike Air Pegasus+ 25
the drills the physio said i could do down at the track near toowong bowls club. 400 warm up then ~40m reps of high knees, feet to butt, L/R grapevine, L/R side steps, long strides. few stretches/dynamic stuff. then 4 x ~40m curve runs, and a few cutting runs. supposed to do a bit more but hit my 20min limit and the ankle was making itself known so called it quits there.
