night time reverse river loop with the boys. few good attacks kept the pace up. lack of food took its toll and i got a bit light headed towards the end

Mt Nebo with Olly. Mid 48's from The Gap to Jolly's. Legs felt qiute heavy but time isnt terrible. pretty stuffed now

upper body. stil having trouble lifting/gripping heavy things with my left hand almost 2 months after i hurt it at vic nol's

at gym, physio exercises (wobble board lunges x 30, single leg calf raises x 30+, bosu jumps) then ~10mins of core

shoes: Nike Air Pegasus+ 25

the drills the physio said i could do down at the track near toowong bowls club. 400 warm up then ~40m reps of high knees, feet to butt, L/R grapevine, L/R side steps, long strides. few stretches/dynamic stuff. then 4 x ~40m curve runs, and a few cutting runs. supposed to do a bit more but hit my 20min limit and the ankle was making itself known so called it quits there.

to ollys then out to darra along western freeway and back then cootha loop. 11 something for the climb....gotta get less fat or bigger quads...

ankle/lower leg stuff at the physio. allowed to start jogging again :)

10' rowing to warm up (2590m) then a few weights and leg presses then some core work then my calf exercises.must have been something else in there too coz im pretty smashed now

ride with olly. river loop then triple cootha climb up the back. 10:52, 11:10, 11:20. roll down recoveries back to slaughter falls turnoff. not overly stoked with my negative negative splits....
