I took it light today working on my abdominal exercises.

50 Crunches

50 Push ups

25 Diamond push ups

45 Reverse crunches

Today I did a team practice with my Henry County high orienteering team. We did a lot of muscle toning and building exercises. Me personally I need to build up a stronger core and leg muscle.

Running 30:00 [3] 1.5 mi (3.0 mph)

I ran a 400m on the track at a fast pace. It took me 1 min and 5 sec. Then, I ran 800m and I finished in 3 mins and 25 sec.

Did a warm up lap on the track. Did a few sprint exercises.

I was a little stiff because I have not exercised in a while.

Today I ran my longest in while, but instead for running it by myself i ran with my brother mitchell. Next we going to work on bringing our time down.
