Today I did a team practice with my Henry County high orienteering team. We did a lot of muscle toning and building exercises. Me personally I need to build up a stronger core and leg muscle.

I ran a 400m on the track at a fast pace. It took me 1 min and 5 sec. Then, I ran 800m and I finished in 3 mins and 25 sec.
