Road Biking (Niner Air) 1:13:00 [2] 15.39 mi (12.6 mph) +308ft

RT spin with Ryan (and a drunk Derek King for the first part) after hanging out at the Big Dam Bridge (BDB) 100 ride finish all morning. Inspired by our newest fast chicks who stayed with one of the top groups to finish in 4:20!

Road Biking (Niner Air) 33:58 [3] 8.65 mi (15.3 mph) +190ft

Quick spin on the RT before meeting my guys for dinner. Ended up pushing the pace a bit to stay close to some road riders on the way back. Was able to without pain, but did feel my back a bit more when I was done.

Road Biking (Niner Air) 1:28:06 [3] 18.0 mi (12.3 mph) +371ft

801 Ride! First one all year for me, wow. Went to Megan's first and rode from there. Slow through the city streets but we actually moved pretty quick on the RT. My back felt fine, I was happy. :)

Hiking (River Mountain Trail) 1:08:54 [2] 2.72 mi (25:20 / mi) +354ft 22:33 / mi

Quick hike with Caleb at River Mtn Trail. Felt pretty good, even though my back has been aching during the day a bit. Worst is at night, I am not sleeping well right now.

Hiking (Ouachita Trail) 2:02:00 [2] 5.34 mi (22:51 / mi) +653ft 20:29 / mi

What a difference a week can make. Hike on the OT, same as last Sunday, but much faster. In fact, got to where I turned around last week at a hour this time in just 46 min. I was able to walk a much more normal hiking pace, and no pain from my back, although I can still feel it. It feels tight and has a bit of a clenching to it, but it seems to still be getting better.
