RT with Caleb, Fort Roots and River Mtn Road climbs and included Burns. Rainy at the end. Felt strong on the climbs, though.

Lake Sylvia hike with Charlie. Rain held off and it was a pleasant foggy afternoon.

From home to meet Caleb again, but this time it started raining right after I left, hard. My legs felt really good for once, so I hustled to meet him. When I got there he had texted me that he was bailing and I missed it, doh! Rode home, still in the rain, but happy that my legs feel this good. I am nowhere near in shape but I will take it.

From home across the Clinton bridge and back. Legs felt good at first then felt exhaustion again after the first mile. Still not recovered or something else is going on at this point.
