Have joined in with John's runnign group for Thursdays to kick start my running, especially inerval running.
This was loops of Barrenjoey Dr, approx 850m long with a 2min rest. plan was for 6 reps, I did 4 before the calf twinged. Felt pretty god up untl then and it was good to run fast again.
