65F, sunny - Test running the Red course at McFarlan. No major issues, as I wasn't running very fast. I also wasn't reading/planning ahead very well, resulting in some hesitations. Forgot my knee brace at home, but it was fine.

Wanted a little more cardio work, but without impact on the knee. Studying the McFarlan courses, looking at route choice options and trying to spot any potential problems.
