HK Squard sprint training - North District Park, New Territories.
Course A: 2.2km, 17c. (1:2500, 2m)
30C, clear, sunny

Arrived a bit late so didn't have time to do any warm up before. Also wasn't quite ready mentally. It seems my brain is still adjusting to navigating with these small maps. In addition, manual punching and not having separate clue sheet helped to further break up any flow during the run. Overall, I seem to be moving and reacting slower these days...

Orienteering 15:00 [3] *** 2.5 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Adidas Supernova Cushion 6

Course B. Times were faster mainly due to not needing to do manual punching.

Basketball (Outdoor) 1:00:00 [2]

33C, clear, sunny - met up with a few old classmates for a game of basketball at DBS. But the courts were occupied, so we moved to King's Park. Hottest day of the year so far, and we played outdoor without shade at 2ish pm!! Kind of silly... We weren't moving very fast, but for the shear stupidity and border line HTFU training in high heat, I'm going to log this session.

Running (Road) 1:00:00 [3] 7.07 mi (8:29 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Supernova Cushion 6

30C, mostly clear - early evening run from home. Made a big loop and found a couple longish climbs. Will fill in the route details later.

Stretching warm up/down 10:00 [0]

Note

I've been slacking a bit in both my logging and training. I ran a few sprint training courses at city parks in the past week, but haven't done any substantial training other than that. The G appears to be inflating graudually... so I shall resume some kind of regular training routine here soon.
