Went for a "jog" with Andi today.
Did a 13:52 loop with here, and then ran the loop a 2nd time alone. Total was 26:20. Butt muscle was fine again today. Pace is still really slow, but at least I'm able to run.
Core after: 10mins, plus 2mins plank.
