Wide-grip lat pulldown 3x12 @ 12.5lb
Dumbbell bench press 3x12 @ 12.5lb
V-sit medicine ball twists 3x12 @ 6lb (no 8 for some reason)
Half sit-up form oblique heel touches 3x20
