Well after Alison posted I could hardly let a paper for school slow me down so I left it on the table for Graeme to edit post frisbee and went out the door!

Basically did an in an' out along LV road to stay in the lights and wore a bright yellow reflective jacket! GO SAFETY

So I was really quite pleased with the first 14min of this easy run and then I started tying-up... grumbles lower calves / ankles thick and tight for the remainder of the run. Anything inclined instantly became my favourite! Breathing was good and oddly I felt somewhat fit if iron legged...silver lining the achilles didn't hurt!

Graeme was disturbed with how firm the calves were when I returned home

Stretching while still warm like a good girl (heels dips on the stairs) and made / drank a delicious smoothie!

Afterwards massaged ankle/achilles & lower calves with voltaren

False Creek - walked a wee bit in the middle as my tummy was feeling tumultuous. Fun afternoon at Granville Island with Graeme and three rounds of Skee Ball!
