Physio 30:00 [0]

So I have some form of "itis" it had a longer than usual name and I think started with a "t" sound...

Vibrate machine, manipulation, massage, exercises, cold water thingy, and then I was taped. The good news is that I have largely moved on from mechanical issues and into the territory of "hmm not sure how that got started but let us see if this fixes it" because apparently my mechanical issues are vastly improved - a win!

Ultimate 30:00 [3]
shoes: Nike Hypervenom Cleats

Ulty Game 1 - took this whole game to get back into 7s play versus 5s.

I am liking the new gender equality rule but still need to figure out where I stand on it situationally. Fundamentally the rule now is that not fielding 4 women is the same as not having 4 men at/on the field... to play that advantage is okay because it wouldn't be unfair to press that advantage if the other team failed to field 4 men = #equality

Ulty Game 2 - too many "fill-in" players, missing the usual team vibe

5 Peaks Golden Ears Enduro

Ran without my watch because I forgot it and decided to spin this sadness into a positive by really listening to my body and running by feel :D LOVED the numerous deep (mid calf to knee) water crossings!

Really really happy with my run and the experience! Would 100% do again!
