The weather is gorgeous today. I trust Thomas saying this was the ideal weekend to hold SC and it's a shame it will forever not be on this weekend.

PS I feel much much better but I sound like a squeaker toy

I lost my voice at work - Moira and Erica are the best and made me an awesome restorative ginger, lemon, and honey tea! Reading and chatting about music with them and Nathan had an emotionally restorative effect. Thank you all!

Certainly felt my L hamstring and R lower back this morning after my drive to work and throughout the day. Planned to take it easy at Code Blue.

Great FARSTA by Nathan. I was planning on doing all three loops but I fell hard and fast on a steep grassy slope and decided after running to the hub that perhaps calling it was better. Really great course! Fun to be out again. Defs have lost some ground so SC will be a wake-up call but the sport still makes me smile which is good feedback after a break!
