Short Run 30:32 [3] 4.11 mi (7:26 / mi)

A shorter/faster run that felt a bit slow at first but picked up once I got going. Definitely need to warm up properly before Half Marathon.

Pain in right shoulder again, not sure where that's coming from, and right ankle slightly twingy.

Long Run long 1:14:42 [4] 9.26 mi (8:04 / mi)

A longer run, getting up toward half marathon distance. Running just over the 8min/miles planned for the day but included a fair amount of climb up braids hill.

Also tried the energy gel which will be used for the half marathon event.
