Great match, won 2-1:)) played really well very happy! We got a penalty flick which I took and scored :D should have maybe converted a couple of others...hit the post on a reverse hit :P but overall really pleased with how I played and how the team played together!

Bit of a struggle because I feel like I pulled my left pectoral in athletics somehow!! But managed it, and I'm sure the pec will be fine tomorrow!!

Decent session, not very high intensity though. Did 'fitness' at the end which involved about 5 mins of running and exercises eg squats, burpies, plank etc!

Part of the fitness session hence the fact I did 10! Although the last few were a little bit dodgy and not really proper press ups...:')

Actually a really good session! The PGCE or whatever the correct abbreviation is, teacher took us for a sprint session. So we started with a bit of fartlek but it was more similar to a bleep test kind of format. Then did some technique stuff. And then did agility with the ladders, mini hurdles, shuttle runs and the T agility test thing.

Didn't have time to do press up challenge as had my work Christmas do in the evening!

Very stiff from hockey yesterday! So did a kind of gentle cycle at a low resistance which is why I went nearly as far as I did the other day when I was working really hard!! Think my quads and butt are achy because we didn't do a proper cool down yesterday - talked to Abbie and she said she had the same thing so we've decided next week we need to make it a proper one!!
