Went for a run with Frankie, did one loop and walked/slow jogged most of it. Then she peeled off, and I did another couple of loops by my self :)

Felt pretty decent tbh, I actually really like running the loop because it's a pretty nice route :)

first 10 were pretty good:) next 5 kinda iffy but better than I have been doing and last 2 were a bit of a struggle!! :')

It's funny cos I actually felt really good doing these! And they were all proper press ups! Clearly become a boss at press ups overnight XD

Probably a bad idea to do press ups after athletics. Hence I literally couldn't do 15 XD ah well 13 is massive improvement from 1 :P

Slower than last time I think. Had 6 hurdles per lap (5 laps) literally as we started, the rain started - it was so windy and the rain was that really icy rain you get. So up the back straight we were running into a really strong headwind that kinda threw us off balance a bit!

Circuit training including: squats with bar, tricep dips, plank, bicep curls, sit ups, press ups, step ups, fit ball thingy, burpies. Pretty good session actually:)

Part of my PE circuits, been skiving off a little :/ but managed to do 14 ok which is pretty decent since I missed 12 and 13! I think that's the most press ups I've ever done in one go :')

Second time round of press ups in circuits. She shortened the time hence the fewer press ups!!

Absolutely chucked it down with rain and was really windy too. I went a bit early to practice hitting, reverse hitting, chip hitting and penalty strokes. Then we did a drill and played a possession game but finished a bit early :( literally so soggy tho XD

PE (flexibilty and yoga) 1:00:00 [2]

did some flexibility testing then she gave us this yoga sheet with all these yoga positions on....my favourite one was where you twisted your body into a physically impossible position then put your legs above your head and stood on your hands. Obviously I couldn't do that.
