Monroe trail Camels Hump with Aliza. Easy-moderate effort going up, 52 minutes to top. 7 miles of trail, then 10x10 seconds hard uphill strides, then 10 minutes of bodyweight leg strength work. Felt great, uphill trail did not feel like a hard effort at all but we were moving at a good pace.
