Pacing at VT 100 with Lindsay. Ran mile 70-84. Dropped at 84 with dizziness, hypothermia.

Running 1:40:00 [2] 8.0 mi (12:30 / mi)

Monroe trail Camels Hump with Aliza. Easy-moderate effort going up, 52 minutes to top. 7 miles of trail, then 10x10 seconds hard uphill strides, then 10 minutes of bodyweight leg strength work. Felt great, uphill trail did not feel like a hard effort at all but we were moving at a good pace.

Just about 90 min, goal of 7:30 pace the whole time: a few warmup miles were slower, and last mile (hilly) was slower, but other than that everything was 6:55-7:30 pace and felt great!
