Skiing (classic) (bates 10k classic) 34:57 [4] 10.0 km (3:30 / km)
brutal day out there. Wasn't feeling great to start with, broke a pole and then the replacement pole's shaft came out of the handle. Skied at least 1k, probably more without a pole, so I wasn't going to be competitive. Tough day for the boys in general, tough wax and the chummy cup returns to bates....
