Hard. Blew up a bit at the end but held it together. Total workout was 6x6 minutes, first three threshold and second three vo2 max. 10 minutes L1 between threshold and vo2 max. Hard stuff, good to go hard and get back into intensity after a bit of a hiatus due to injury and COOT
