Too short to be a really great OD but technique work was good, and I felt great. Fun times in the rain

Portobello Beach and back plus some of Arthur's seat. Leg's are still sore, but I felt good (although my heart rate was kinda high-still in L1)

Rollerskiing intervals (Threshold intervals ) 40:00 [3]

4x10 minutes at threshold, 5 minute rest between. Avg heart rates:
173, 175, 175, 175.
Felt good. Was able to feel pretty fast and stay in threshold. Happy to do rollerskiing intensity, it's been a while.

This whole session I worked on relaxing my shoulders and extending my arms out further. This seemed to help engage my core more and avoid the tight shoulder feeling I've developed recently

7-5-7 up the hill. Did some technique video afterward, and then a half hour of barefoot spenst before cool down

Rollerskiing (easy skate ski w techniqu) 2:03:00 [1]

At the hill again. Feeling better, more relaxed, with lower heart rates. V1 feels better. Hopefully this continues as I keep doing lots of technique/specific strength work. Hoping intervals on Wednesday also shock me back into skating shape
