Running intervals (8x3 min at L4) 24:00 [4]

Each interval was at about 5:30 pace. Didn't feel great after yesterday's squat heavy lift and the lift today. Did the first 4 pretty damn hard, and cooled it down for the second half--ran with Gabe on those. On the last one I of course hammered. Fun stuff
