So tough. Lungs felt restricted and lactic acid built up quickly. Gabe didn't complete the workout he felt so shitty. I cut mine short (ended up 4x2:30 at L4 up back of Arthur's seat). Glad I still did the intensity. Ready to reset for next week's monster volume in Norway
