8x2 minutes at max. First half of each was very slight uphill, 2nd half transitioned to the specific strength hill. Hard and fun workout. Unfortunately broke my tip on the 7th so I had to stride the last one, but that was fine. Assblast of a workout.

Hard interval set of 3x7: first 5 minutes of each was at 10k effort, last 2 minutes at a full out sprint. Definitely didn't feel great going into it with bad sleep this week and a cold that won't quit, but my body felt able to push. Great to force high tempo at the end of the intervals even if I wasn't feeling super powerful
