south loop classic, north loop skate. Felt suprisingly good on the classic leg and faded on the skate. night before was definitely not optimal preparation

2x4 at threshold, 2x2 (first at threshold, second at vo2 max), 2x1 at vo2 max. Felt pretty solid, lots of good running striding
