Strength Training (core and pullups) 35:00 [1]

core and 5 sets of pullups. Felt good to loosen up after the traverse left me sore. Wu/cd jog was key

Running (presidential traverse) 6:00:00 [1]

Logging this as six hours just because it was hiking and we had some stops. It took us ~7:45 to actually complete it. Super fun and very tiring, will definitely try to do it again.

Running (ski walking intervals) 30:00 [3]
max:186

Workout was: 45 minutes up and down the quarry road "alpine hill". So, roughly 30 minutes was probably spent at or above threshold. HR was usually around 180 going up the hill. Great session, felt like this is a good workout to improve classic technique. Definitely worked hard.

Running (wu/cd/rest for intervals) 1:00:00 [1]

This time includes wu/cd and time between intervals. Usually took ~3:20 to get up and ~2:00 to get down.
5 PM

Rollerskiing (skate rollerski) 1:00:00 [1]

heart rate was too high but I just rolled with it--probably due to dehydration and fatigue. Felt good to skate for the first time
