3x up six rod road, sprinted when I hit the steep part of the hill. Definitely a hard workout, heart rate was high but I think that's mostly due to shenanigans last night and lack of quality sleep

Took a nasty fall when my ski locked up. Wrist is hopefully not broken. Helmet cracked but head is okay

5x up the alpine hill. Was able to run all the way down and then complete a slightly shortened interval set. Had to walk most of the way back.
