30 minute tempo with a 5 minute warm up and cool down. this was more difficult than i expected but it wasn't terrible. this one was given to me by my track coach

90 minutes. started at a 10:00 pace went to 6.6 at 1 hour and ended at 7.5-8 at the end. this one was hard. seemed to get easier the more i sped up.
