Coach Carl told me I could chose between a fast, flat run or a hilly run. After seeing the hill...I chose the fast and flat route. I felt rather dehydrated and sharp pain in my collarbone, left knee and left ankle. After running, my shins felt kind of sore so I will stretch it out and hope nothing is injured.
