Happy to report, this afternoon I got that little sucker 51 in about 3 minutes of starting, also I got 52 & 56 for the Park and Street Challenge now sitting on a score of 2160.
This morning I could not put any pressure on my left knee at all when I got out of bed. Got on the roller then I was able to stand up. Too many hills and rocks for too long the last two days. Hope I'm right for Sunday.

Heavy weights started with 5kg went down to 4kg pretty quickly. Did squats, planks, crunches and lunges.

Went out to get the last three codes so far for the park and street challenge got 54, 50 & 43 then had to get home and get stuck into the homework. Lovely out in the bush.
