testing, as well as 20m core afterwards.
testing was extremo bad, a lot didnt get counted becuase i didnt go down far enough. ppoop

at le complex, there was a swim meet going on later so the 50 m lanes were open. very nice. did 500m freestyle, focusing on a different component every time-head relaxed, pulling all the way through, arms extended, etc. then 300 m of kick, hard the last half of each length. then another 100m of freestyle, arms felt tired and heavy.

shuniah race! my favourite kind :-) got stuck behind n00bz at the start, passed a bunch. really technical-i like.

it is hot out!
run in town. not the best, but not the worst. legs a bit sore from the weekend.

camp trails. 2X, had new shoes-too big and old bike-too small and dif helmet. not the greatest, felt really uncomfortable, but did it anyways. some more basketball during the day as well

drive home from winnipeg. got out to camp around 600, just did some bas-ket-balllllling after that

Basketball 1:15:00 [3]
first game early in the AM against the U15 prov. team. played ok, better than yesturday, played a bit more. we played really crappy in the first quarter but got signifigantly better after that lost by13?

second game against a university team with a national teamplayer on it! i didnt really get a warmup because i forgot my shoes back at the hotel-not good. but i played really well and played all of the second and third quarters plus a bit more in the others. worked hard and tried to keep intensity up. lost by who knows what.

walked around the forks at night with team.
