worst run ever. it is boiling hot, was sweating before i even started. around town.

didnt get started till later because tasia lisa georgia were late-bikes stolen.
started with shooting, the dribble-penetrate. then 3 point shooting drills-only got 9 this time..then scrimmage, then shooting drills.
felt off today.
Run 1:10:00 [3]
tapiola endurance intervals.
didnt feel the greatest. tired?
2x 800, 1500, 2x 800, with one lap rest in between each

varsity workout 10-1130. pretty tiring today, lots of sprints.
started with shooting, 4 out stuff, then sprints-did ok, then transition-a ton. jon wasnt too happy today. lots of sprints for screwups.

basketball with tasia, taka.
tons of form shooting. then wing work etc with that stupid bag-reading defense. very frustrating. fun fun.

to group training, up hilldale, 1 sprint-thats what you get for saying im slow lauren!... then back and to tri training

at boulevard. not much to say. tried flippers...very nice. learned fast way to get out of water.

Monday Jul 21

workout10-1130.
started with regular shooting drill. then some really tough drills working on fundamentals of defense. got really tiring. then some 4 on 4, then 2 on 2 with screens. did 2 post moves that i was really happy with today. was a bit more patient, and didnt 'think' just went with feel. worked well.

felt really tired. didnt play the greatest, found it really tough to get places on defense, and almost confused on offense.
